In this post, you will be provided with a step-by-step guide, with video links, for installing the Maxi Cosi Pria 85 car seat. You will also be provided with an overview of how to adjust the seat, and how to clean and care for it.
Maxi Cosi Pria 85 Installation Instructions
Before commencing with the installation of your car seat, please ensure that you have read the manual thoroughly. The weight, height, and age of your child will determine how you should place the car seat in your vehicle. Maximum height and weight limits must be adhered to at all times.
In addition to this, first prepare the seat by adjusting it to the correct fit for your child. You can test this prior to installation by making sure your child can be seated snuggly and securely, and by adjusting the harness to suit their needs.
Finally, complete your preparation by ensuring you have selected the correct buckle slot for your child. In the front-facing position, your child will likely start with the buckle in position 1 and move on to 2 and 3 as they grow. For rear-facing installations, you can only use buckle positions 1 and 2. Consult your manual for detailed safety requirements.
