Overview of the Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 Elite
The SnugRide SnugLock 35 Elite helps keep rear-facing babies safe who are from four to 35 pounds and up to 32 inches tall. Equipped with what the manufacturer calls its SafetyCore system, it absorbs forces in the event of a frontal crash. You can have it set up securely in no time either with the seatbelt or the LATCH system, the latter of which results in an audible click that lets you know it’s connected properly.
The straightforward bubble level takes the guesswork of setting this seat up at the correct angle, while an adjustable base provides four recline positions. You’ll likely achieve the desired fit in no time, since you can adjust the harness and the headrest simultaneously, without having to take the time to rethread the harness. So that you can incorporate this model into a travel system, it’s compatible with all of Graco’s Click Connect strollers
This seat comes with what Graco calls a RapidRemove cloth cover, for a quick and easy cleanup. Moreover, its rotating canopy helps keep your baby comfortable on sunny days, and it includes a handy window for checking on your bundle of joy. The fabric is conveniently machine washable.

Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 Elite vs. Maxi-Cosi Mico Max 30
Both the Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 Elite and the Maxi-Cosi Mico Max 30 are lightweight, rear-facing models that come with LATCH-equipped bases. Both sport a relatively slender 18-inch width that allows for three seats in a row in many vehicles.
When it comes to safety, both of these choices have been tested extensively and provide important side-impact protection. The Mico Max 30 goes above and beyond, however, in that it incorporates an anti-rebound bar for enhanced protection during crashes. As far as adjustments, the Graco model has a leg up in that it has a bubble level indicator that ensures proper positioning. If low price is a priority, you may decide to opt for the Graco model, which costs significantly less. Ultimately, both of these reputable models are worthy of a look, as each offers plenty of features for safety and convenience.
Riley Eubank's Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 Elite Review
Are you looking for a budget-friendly infant car seat? The Graco Snugrid Snuglock 35 offers the right things at a reasonable price. If your baby is on the small side, you do not have to worry about the fit, because it is built to comfortably secure an infant.
The Snugride Snuglock 35 infant car seat has a belt tension device that helps provide you with a secure installation process without a lot of effort. Also, it scores above average when it comes to crash tests and is FAA approved.

The handle is useful, too, because it locks into place. It also comes with a canopy to protect your baby from the hot sun. However, the handle and canopy rub and do not work well together.
If you worry about having room in your backseat for passengers, you do not have to. The Snugride Snuglock 65 is narrow, lightweight, and slim. It leaves more than enough space to enjoy a drive with the entire family. The comfort level is around average for an infant seat because the padding is a bit thin. However, the deluxe base gives plenty of legroom as your infant grows.
The Graco Snugride Snuglock 65 is affordable, but it does not have many features, and the quality is somewhat low. But, it is safe and convenient if you cannot afford a different choice.
