Cosco Scenera Installation Instructions
Installation can be a tricky process, and when it comes to your child, you want to make sure that you install it properly. Depending on your child's height and weight, setting up your child's car seat to be forward facing may be the best option. A child is usually fit to sit facing forward only once they reach three to five years of age, though this is not necessarily going to be true for all children.
- 1Take the LATCH connectors and thread them through the forward-facing belt path
- 2Ensure that your car seat is pressed as far back into the vehicle seatback as possible
- 3Once this is done, attach the LATCH hooks to the lower anchor points
- 4Next, press down firmly on the car seat so that you may pull the lower anchor belt so that you may tighten it
- 5Now, attach the top tether to the tether anchor and tighten that
- 6Once you have done all these steps, make sure that the seat is safely secured by wiggling it. If it moves more than an inch, you should try to make it tighter
